Btw, sorry if I mistakenly translated any parts of this song. Song lyrics are a bitch to interpret, but yes, to all who never noticed this song, it is apparently, about the September 11 tragedy. And what a touching song it is T_____T

Yes, Americans! Tackey & Tsubasa has a song for you!!! How is it that I've never realized that this song was about 911? When I watched the Hatachi concert, all I could thought of was how good Takki looked in his American flag-printed pants (and how interesting his overcoat looked) To some, his costume may look ridiculous, but I thought he looked BEAUTIFUL nonetheless. And I always thought the way they danced together on the stage of the Hatachi de debut Giant Hits Concert was sooooo beautiful! I've always thought they looked like two beautiful dancing porcelain dolls or something....

I've always liked this song. When I listen to Hatachi, this is one of the songs that I never skipped because I like it. Period. It does kinda have a "touching" kind of feeling when you listen to it (despite that I didn't actually dig into the lyrics before) but I do believe it's among one of the underrated songs of Tackey & Tsubasa.

So if you've never really paid attention to this song, and if you don't have the DVD/VCD of Hatachi de debut Giant Hits concert, please do take your time to really see what the lyrics are about, then download this clip I've cut from the concert. It will make you cry T______T I'm probably a little emotional over this song because there's a tragedy that just happened right at home, despite that I'm not directly affected by it... but all this horrible incidents happening around the world... it does make us wonder.... where is the world headed for? T____T

One year after the big tragedy that changed the world forever, the whole meaning of September 11 was changed completely. For all who are unaware of this (since I was quite oblivious about this too until quite recently, see, I *AM* a newbie yo~) xD Tackey & Tsubasa picked that particular debut date so that their fans will no longer remember September 11 as a sad, tragic day. And what a wonderful gesture it is to all of us. So on this day, I would really do like to thank both Takizawa Hideaki and Imai Tsubasa. I wish they know just exactly how much impact they have in our lives, just how by little simple and seemingly unimportant things that they do can put a smile on our faces. And I'm so glad that I could see September 11 in a different light, because I have a friend who was on board one of the 911 planes that crashed into the twin towers... T__T The tragedy became so real to me because I was there in the U.S., and knew someone who was unrightfully taken from us. We were mourning death on September 11, 2001. But on September 11, 2002, we celebrate the birth of Tackey & Tsubasa.

These are my honest feelings. I am so grateful to be a fan of Tackey & Tsubasa. I cannot even begin to describe just how strongly I feel about them, and particularly Takki. I am so thankful that they exist to put a smile on my face every single day. You can call me obsessed, but if being obsessed can keep you this genki, spirited and giddy... ii jyanai? I have seriously NEVER, EVER loved an idol this much before. EVER! Seriously. I used to think that Michael Jackson fans are crazy. Not the fact that they are crazy because they love Jacko the person, but the fact that they behave that way, that they cry upon sight of him, that they adore him that much, that they would cry when something bad is said about Jacko… I thought that it’s totally whacked. I thought it’s completely crazy. I thought it’s absolutely stupid.

Well look who ate her own words because now I understand perfectly how Jacko fans feel!

This has gone way beyond just mere fandom. Yes, it's possible to *LOVE* your idol. This is not just an infatuation. This is love, respect, admiration, adoration... when you're able to look beyond your own selfishness, when you feel that it's OK if he marries another woman/man/transvestite/alien/giraffe as long as he's happy, when you don't judge him anymore for his little negative traits such as smoking, when you don't care anymore if you live your entire life without him knowing that you exist but you'll still love him and support him in whatever it is that he does (despite how broke you're going to become *LOL*), when he is included in your prayers every single night so that he will always be happy and so that smile will forever grace his face....
